Wir suchen für unsere n&m Genusswelt in Vechta bestehend aus dem Gut Welpe und der Clubhausgastromie des Golfclubs Vechta eine Serviceleitung (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
- Koordination zwischen Service, Küche und Management
- Begrüßung und Betreuung der Gäste
- Aufbau von Stammgastbeziehungen
- Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Reklamationen
- Kontrolle der Kassenführung und Abrechnungen
- Einarbeitung, Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
Dein Profil
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
- Zuverlässige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten sowie ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
