In regelmäßigen Abständen wechselst du innerhalb deiner Ausbildungszeit zwischen Abteilungen, wie zum Beispiel Export, Finanzbuchhaltung, Einkauf, Vertriebsinnendienst und Logistik selbstverständlich nicht ohne ein Feedbackgespräch mit dem jeweiligen Abteilungsleiter. Du übernimmst unterschiedliche Tätigkeiten und unterstützt dabei Unternehmensprozesse von der Auftragsanbahnung und -bearbeitung bis hin zum Kundenservice nach Auslieferung der Ware. Dauer und Berufsschule
Du beginnst mit einer Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann (m/w/d). Im ersten Ausbildungsjahr findet der Unterricht zweimal wöchentlich, im zweiten und dritten Jahr einmal wöchentlich statt. Nach zweieinhalb Jahren legst du deine IHK-Prüfung ab. Anschließend besteht die Option zur Weiterbildung zum Wirtschaftsfachwirt (Ausbildung.Plus). Während dieser Zeit erwirbst du unter anderem deine Ausbildereignung und absolvierst ein Auslandspraktikum.
Voraussetzung
- mindestens Realschulabschluss
- Interesse an kaufmännischen und wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
- Teilnahme an Praxismodulen
