Du bist während Deiner Ausbildung hauptsächlich in der Kantine tätig und kümmerst dich täglich zusammen im Team um das Mittagessen für etwa 200 Personen. Ebenso gehören das Planen, Optimieren und Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln, das Reinigen von Textilien sowie das Sauberhalten und Gestalten von Räumen zu deiner Ausbildung.
Dauer und Berufsschule
Die betriebliche Ausbildung in einer anerkannten Ausbildungsstätte wie MIAVIT mit Berufsschulbesuch dauert drei Jahre. Im ersten Ausbildungsjahr findet der Unterricht zweimal wöchentlich, im zweiten und dritten Jahr einmal wöchentlich statt. Alternativ kannst du die Ausbildung im zweiten Lehrjahr beginnen, sofern du vorher die ein- oder zweijährige Berufsfachschule Hauswirtschaft besucht hast. Schwerpunkte des Unterrichts sind Ernährungslehre, Versorgung und Betreuung, Mathematik, Englisch und Politik.

- mindestens Hauptschulabschluss
- praktische Veranlagung, körperliche Eignung, Flexibilität
- Freude an der Arbeit für und mit Menschen sowie am Gestalten und Organisieren
